Who operates this website
This website is an independent informational page about The Sen, a residential development at 222 to 230 Jalan Jurong Kechil, Singapore. It is not the developer's website and is not operated by or on behalf of SL Capital (8) Pte Ltd, Sustained Land, Ho Lee Group or Greatview Development.
This is a preview build. The operator named on the site, "Alex Tan — Demo Agent" of "Example Property Agency — fictional", is a placeholder, and the contact address privacy@example.invalid is for demonstration only. When the site goes live, this section will name the actual CEA-licensed real estate salesperson and estate agent responsible for handling enquiries, together with their CEA registration and licence numbers and a working privacy contact.
What we collect
If you use the registration form, we ask for your name, an eight-digit Singapore mobile number, your email address, the layout you are interested in and what you would like to receive (a price list and floor plans, or a showflat appointment). We also record that you gave consent to be contacted, the time of your enquiry and the page address you submitted from.
We do not ask for your NRIC number, financial details or any other personal data on this site.
How we use it
Your details are used to reply to your enquiry about The Sen, to send you the material you asked for and, if you asked for one, to arrange a showflat appointment. A request for an appointment is not a confirmed booking until a salesperson replies to you.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it to send unrelated marketing unless you separately agree to that.
Where your enquiry goes
In this preview build, lead delivery is switched off: submitting the form checks your entries and shows a confirmation on the page, but no enquiry is sent anywhere. On the live site, the form will send your details to a lead-delivery endpoint configured for the operator, and the responsible salesperson will contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email at the details you provided. Where a live WhatsApp or call action is shown on the page, tapping it opens a conversation with the operator directly and is governed by that platform's own terms.
Third-party content
This site does not embed maps, videos or other third-party content, and it sets no third-party cookies of its own. The location map in the Location section is a drawing hosted with the site.
Analytics and advertising
No analytics or advertising tag is configured on this preview build. If a measurement or advertising pixel is added for a live campaign, this section will name the service, describe what it records and explain how you can opt out.
Retention and security
Enquiry details are kept only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet the operator's obligations under Singapore law and the Council for Estate Agencies' rules, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect personal data, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, you may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw your consent to further contact at any time. Send your request to the privacy contact shown on the site. If you are not satisfied with how a request is handled, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
Do Not Call
By submitting the form, you agree that the operator may contact you at the mobile number and email address you provided in relation to your enquiry, even if your number is registered on the national Do Not Call Registry. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting the operator.
